Iowa Becomes the 11th State for Statewide Crisis Services
The Donovan Group now provides dedicated crisis communication services to schools and districts in 11 states through partnerships with state educational organizations.

These expanded partnerships allow the firm to provide immediate, around-the-clock communication guidance to school leaders across the state, ensuring they are prepared to respond effectively to any situation.
How it Works
When an association partners with the Donovan Group, we launch a dedicated hotline for members to use in times of need.
- Simple Onboarding: We create a phone number and an email address for the association, exclusive to member districts.
- To help share this benefit with members, we will supply the association with a branded marketing toolkit that includes suggested webpage copy, a one-page flyer, a presentation slide, social media content, and an email message to send to members.
- Dedicated Support Team: A member of the Donovan Group will remain in contact with association leadership, provide monthly reports on members’ hotline activity, and provide ongoing support as needed.
- Easy Project Flow: School and district leaders may use the hotline at any time. The Donovan Group team member responding to the call will handle all coordination with writers and communication strategists as needed.
- Fast, High-Quality Turnaround: All crisis-related content is produced same-day or as agreed upon by the member district and Donovan Group staff. Polished, district-specific content is delivered directly on time every time.
The Donovan Group will provide these services at no additional cost to members. There is no limit to how many times members may use the hotline or receive crisis services.
